Welcome to our Terms and Conditions! These boxes aren’t legally binding, you can use them as an aid for understanding the legal language.

Article 1: General

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to any products and services available through the Site or from Edevane House, LLC or Amy Page.

Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Article 1.1: Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property: All materials, procedures, policies, and "Living Library" templates provided by Edevane House, LLC are for your individual use only as a single-user license. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, reselling, or teaching our proprietary "K.I.S.S." framework to others.

Client Confidentiality: We respect your creative work. Any manuscript ideas, plot outlines, or drafts you share with us for coaching purposes remain your sole intellectual property.

Article 1.2: Age limit for coaching products

Age restrictions apply to our coaching products for the protection of the consumer: Edevane House, LLC and Amy Page do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.

Any "coaching" subscriber who does not meet these criteria will be deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be reimbursed immediately and a return of the product(s) concerned will be required.

Article 2: Placing Order

By placing an Order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Article 3: Price

The prices are indicated in dollars, excluding the shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.

Article 4: Your information

If You wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or any other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, this includes pre-order products.

Payment can be made through any of the payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard ,or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

If you have selected a payment plan, you agree to pay all installments on or before the due date. Failure to make a payment may result in the immediate suspension of access to the Program, Community, and Coaching calls until the account is brought current. The Company reserves the right to send delinquent accounts to a third-party collections agency.

Article 6: Delivery

Delivery is made to the digital or physical address you specified when placing your order. For digital products and coaching access, delivery is considered complete once the login credentials or welcome email have been sent to the email address provided.

For physical products, the risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary so that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your warranty.

Article 6.1: Phase Gates

You acknowledge that access to modules is "gated" and contingent upon the completion of prerequisite tasks to ensure success of the methodology and best support success of each individual client. Your individual completion of phase gates are not dependent upon the status of other clients in the cohort.

Article 6.2: Beta Use

Founding, Alpha, or Beta Clients: You acknowledge that you are joining a "Founders" cohort of the Program. You understand that course materials are being created and released in real-time. The Company reserves the right to adjust the release schedule of content and the nature of the curriculum without penalty. Access to specific content in the course environment modules may be delayed until the material is finalized; such delays do not constitute a failure to deliver because completion of Your individual phase gates are not dependent upon the in-process or live status of the course materials within the course environment.

Article 7: Refunds & Warranties

Article 7.1: All Sales Final

Due to the immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, downloadable resources, and the reservation of limited coaching spots, "Keeping It Sweet & Sustainable" (and all associated coaching packages) is a non-refundable investment. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the program curriculum and agree that no refunds, cancellations, or partial reimbursements will be granted for any reason once the program deems you have accessed the materials or commenced the coaching relationship.

Article 7.2: Commitment to the Process

You acknowledge that your success depends on your own effort, participation, and implementation of the strategies taught. The Program fees compensate the Company for the availability of resources, coaching time, and community access, regardless of whether you choose to utilize them fully.

Article 7.3: Earnings Disclaimer

We cannot and do not guarantee your ability to get results or earn any money with our information, tools, or strategies. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings.

Article 8: Community Standards

We maintain a supportive, professional environment. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Program and Community, without refund, if we determine that you have engaged in disruptive, harassing, or unethical behavior toward the Coach, staff, or other participants.

Article 9: Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
